Felix Baumgartner Supersonic Jump from Sky

Felix Baumgartner has become the first skydriver to move faster than the speed of sound achieving a velocity of 1342 km/hour while performing skydiving from a balloon.

The Australian skydiver aged 43 secured the record for the highest ever free fall when he jumped from a balloon 39 kilometre from the earth. In his jump codenamed Project Red Bull Stratos he achieved the altitude record for the manned balloon flight, parachute jump from the highest altitude, and greatest free fall velocity.

Felix has already dived from almost all tallest buildings in the earth including Petronas Towers, Malaysia, Taipei 101 in Taiwan, Millau Viaduct in France, Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio, Brazil etc.

His latest skydive video has been watched live by a record number of people and the video available at Youtube has currently recorded 7,000,000+ views. Watch the video.
