Google Play: Online Store for music, movies, books, Android apps

New Delhi, 7 March 2012: Google has launched its branded online store called Google Play which will offer   music, movies, books,  and other apps for smartphones.

The Google Play is an unified digital store which will offer the Andorid Market place, Google Music and the Google eBookstore. In a blog post published by the Google, it says "In the U.S., music, movies, books and Android apps are available in Google Play. In Canada and the U.K., we’ll offer movies, books and Android apps; in Australia, books and apps; and in Japan, movies and apps. Everywhere else, Google Play will be the new home for Android apps."

Google Play will offer storage and downloading of songs, Android apps and games, largest collection of eBooks, movies etc.
