PepsiCo launches 'Baked Lays' snacks with 50% less fat

New Delhi, 19 January 2012: PepsiCo India has added a new range of snacks to its popular Lays brand. The new Lay's Baked chips offered in Original Salted, Cream Herb and Onion and Sunkissed Tomato flavours targets young women.

The new Lays contains 50 percent less fat compared to the existing range. The Lay's Baked will be available  in two packet sizes priced Rs. 15 and 30.


The launch will be supported by a fully integrated communication which includes national TV campaign, print, outdoor and online media.

PepsiCo India currrently sells Quaker (oats), Pepsi soft drink, Kurkure, Nimbooz and Aliva brands of food and beverages.
