Samsung Galaxy Y, Cheapest Galaxy Phone in India

New Delhi, 13 October 2011: Samsung has launched its cheapest Galaxy smartphone in India, the Samsung Galaxy Y. The Samsung Galaxy Y is targets India's Youth and runs on Android 2.3.

The phone is a 3 inch touch phone with 320 x 240 px resolution. Other features of Galaxy Y include WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth 3.0, 2MP camera, FM radio, GPS, 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack, 160 MB internal memory, 32 GB extendable memory slot, etc

The phone is priced at Rs. 7800/-

Samsung currently offers smartphones in the Galaxy series such as Galaxy SII, Galaxy Pro, Galaxy Pop, Galaxy S, Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Ace, Galaxy S 19000, Galaxy Tab etc.
