Lenovo IdeaPad K1, ThinkPad, IdeaPad A1 Tablets launched

New Delhi, 12 October 2011: Leading computer manufactureer Lenovo has launched its first tablets in India. The new three tablets launched include IdeaPad Tablet K1 for general consumers, the ThinkPad Tablet for business customers and the IdeaPad Tablet A1 for small and medium business.

Lenovo IdeaPad K1

The IdeaPad K1 is Lenovo's first Android 3.1 Honeycomb tablet with a 10 inch touch display and weighs 0.75 kg. It is occupied with an NVidia Tegra 2 Dual core processor with 1.0 GHZ. The IdeaPad K1 offers 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi and also preloaded apps. The IdeaPad K1 will be available at a price of Rs 29,500 (32GB Wi-Fi ) and Rs 33,990 (32GB Wi-Fi+3G)

Lenovo ThinkPad

Lenovo ThinkPad is a business centric tablet which featues a Citrix Receiver, remote access, digitser pen, HDMI etc.

The tablet can be located if it is stolen using a technology called computrace. The Lenovo Thinkpad will be available at a price of Rs 30,000 to Rs 47,000 according to features
