Tine Mena becomes first woman from north east to conquer Mt. Everest

Tine Mena, a 25 year old woman from Arunachal Pradesh has conquered Mount Everest fighting against adverse conditions.

Tine Mena from Roing village, became the first North East Woman to conquer Mount Everest as well as the first Indian to do this season.

She achieved this feat fighting against adverse weather conditions and with just a packet of Maggi Noodles to eat.

Tine Mena has conquered the peak along with an international team consisiting of two other Indians and a Pakistani.

Another lady from Arunachal Pradesh, Anshu Jamsenpa, 32, is also intends to conquer Everest this week.
