16 Girls of Bachhras tribe rescued from human trafficking

Sixteen girls aged between 2 and 7 has been rescued by Rajasthan police from child prostitution, reports TOI.

The girls from Mandsaur district in rajasthan were abducted from their homes and sold at prices ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 60,000 to flesh traders of the 'Bachhra' tribe.

Bachhras tribe is one of the backward communities in Rajasthan and their families encourage child prostitution as a means of earning.
