Tata Smart Value Homes Shubh Griha low cost housing projects

Tata Housing Development Company, a group concern of Tata Group has announced the launch of Smart Value Homes, to build affordable housing from Rs. 5-lakh to Rs. 35-lakh price range.

Smart Value Homes has planned an investment of Rs. 2,500 crore for this fiscal.

Tata Smart Value Homes has launched a new township project called 'Shubh Griha' at Vasind in Thane district spread across 52 acres.

1,250 flats will be in the low-cost category in its Shubh Griha brand that will be sold for between Rs5.79 lakh to Rs7.82 lakh Tweet
