Change Google.com background image with your photos

Google has launched a new feature by which you can display your customised background image in the Google Search Home page.

Users can change Google.com background image with favourite photographs from thier computers or using Picasa gallery.

Google has launched this feature at Google.com in the US last week. It is expected to open this feature in local search engines of Google including Google India in due course.



You can customise your own images as backgrounds with the 'change background image' link at the bottom left of the Google.com homepage.

Google has been displaying the Google search page with white background for several years. An alternative third party Google search called 'Blackle' which displays Google search on a black background, a more environment friendly way is also available.

Microsoft launched its Bing search engine with colourful backgrounds for search earlier.
