Zee TV has launched a new reality show called Dance India Dance. Lux Dance India Dance – Sabse bade dancing star ki khoj.
The show will feature the best musical and dancing talent in India.

Total Physical Fitness Programme is a comprehensive health related Physical fitness programme for school children in Keala. TPFP is the Kerala state fitness test battery for youth.
The assessment was developed by Directorate of Sports & YA, Govt. of Kerala in response to the needs in physical education programmes for a comprehensive assessment protocol.
The assessment includes a health-related physical fitness tests designed to assess cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
Norm–referenced standards associated with good health have been established for children and youth for each of the health-related fitness components.
The software for the programme produces an individualized report card that summarizes the childs performance on each component of health-related fitness and provides suggestions for how to promote and maintain good fitness.
The sophisticated database structure within the programme produces compiled class reports and allows for long term tracking of the students fitness over time.
TPFP can be used by students to help them in personal fitness programme planning, by teachers to determine student needs and to help guide students in programme planning, and by parents to understand their child’s needs and to help the child plan a programme of physical activity. The complaint was filed by his wife Sabah, in the Oshiwara police station.

The Pantaloon Femina Miss India 2009 National Event will be held in Mumbai in April 2009 preceded by Auditions in the cities of Lucknow, Nagpur, Indore, Chandigarh, Pune and Ahmedabad.
Potential candidates who have missed out on PFMIS/PFMIE 2009 and even those not shortlisted in the Auditions can still take a shot at the regionals to be held in Mumbai and New Delhi through the National Call for Entries (CFE) which would be held in January 2009. The shortlisted candidates from the regionals will be the finalists of the main pageant. The finalists will undergo training and grooming sessions during the month of March 2008 to be judged by a panel of eminent personalities in the finale.
Miss World 2008 runner up Parvathy Omanakuttan was the winner of Miss India 2008.

Music Reality Show Saregamapa Final Winner
Vaishali Made from Maharashtra won the Zee Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2009, by beating fellow contestants Yashita and Soumen in the Grand Finale held in Mumbai. Yashita finished the runners-up in the final.
Vaishali received a prize worth Rs. 50 lakh.
