Directorate General of Shipping & Mercantile Marine Department, Mumbai aim to provide a host of Online Services benefiting all the stakeholders. This web based system will lead to SMART governance leveraging Information Technology as the back-bone.

Registration at MMD site started
All sea farers are requested to register through the mmd site for getting user ID and password with that they can access MMD site for regular use.

All shipping companies and other users can send an email to mumbai@mmd.gov.in for user ID and password. After verification same
will be mailed to them
