India-specific safeguards agreement cleared by IAEA

The Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency has accepted the India-specific safeguards agreement.

IAEA expect to start implementing the agreement in 2009. Altogether 14 reactors will come under IAEA safeguards by 2014. Tweet
